How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. UK orders are printed in the UK, and orders to the US, Canada and Australia are printed by local partners in those countries, so there are no import fees. Printing takes 2–4 working days, then delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in the UK and 3–7 working days in the US, Canada and Australia. For Christmas, UK customers should order by 10 December.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are.
How does the sweatshirt fit?

How do I wash it?
Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and don't iron over the print. The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe.
Something's wrong with my order
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, email us at hello@offthelist.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you. Please check your size and address carefully before you pay. Orders go into production as soon as they're placed, so we can't change them or stop them being printed and sent. You can still cancel at any point up to 14 days after delivery and return it for a refund (see below).
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if you've changed your mind, as long as it's unused. You pay return postage. Full details are in our refund policy, or get in touch through the Contact page.
